Obviously EPD wouldn't be a beneficiary of rising rates, but I would think they would be sitting in a very good position (Houston Channel terminal) to benefit from any petroleum export rule changes. They've ramped up ngl storage and export as "refined" products , seems like if wti starts getting exported it would be a good thing for them.
