FABER: What about relationship with AT&T? Of course, you are a board member. You may be doing things that are in some conflict with what Mr.

Armstrong's strategy might be. I'm curious about that, you have total control here despite its being a tracking stock.

MALONE: I was just with Mr. Armstrong, in his suite and greeted him here to Sun Valley for the second year in a row, and, we try and work very closely with AT&T, and Mike to make sure that our strategies are parallel, and not in conflict. And that where Liberty 's business opportunities might start to cross AT&T's. We try work that out in advance, so that we all understand where we are going and where those conflicts might arise and try and mitigate them or eliminate them where possible.
