This is all too leisurely. Speed is of the essence now. Ken, if Obama and the Democrats really thought that this bill must pass in a hurry then why the hell wouldn't they get the GOP involved from the get go? The answer is if the bill is passed in anyway resembling the way it looks today, then the only thing it will accomplish would be political payback and the greatest destruction of wealth this country has ever seen and EVERY PERSON FOLLOWING THIS KNOWS IT (except you). Try seeing what they're spending on. As it stands right now there's less than 100b dollars that would be spent on actual stimulus and even that part sucks because it grows gov't and costs us even more tax dollars. Much has been said of Obamas intelligence well I go by what I see and what a person does, not just what he says. When he makes statements like he's going to grow wealth from the bottom up starting with the poor I definitely will question his intelligence. Any fool of a businessman knows that wealth doesn't grow from the bottom up no matter just how pretty Obama says it, the whole idea is ludicrous.
