ADVP has to be @ $45.48 to put secondary offering vs. selling on the open market on equal footing. Basically, if the 30 days pass and the 800K doesn't sell because it's below the offering, RAD can even come out of it with more cash. It's too early to tell now, of course, what the eventual price will be.

Since RAD is receiving $47.375 minus ~4%, it comes out to the number above ($47.48). I think the percentage is more like 3.95%, but I added a little for trading cost.

ADVP is @ $47.9375 (bid); RAD is @ $5.61 (bid).
