There is an article about how the prices of houses in Cal;if are causing an exodus of people in the lower income brackets. You also have fewer illegals crossing the border who will work at a lower rate as they have no legal rights.


What the article does not state is Calif is ports ports send products across the country as well as the world. The cost of products include transportation costs. There has been a decrease in imports and an increase in exports which we want to see. There is a fine line in here of protectionism however being competitive requires lowest price.


We have to be careful that less dollars buy more as more dollars buying less is the result of inflation.
