Anyone could have written that message. Hacking into other people's accounts is as easy as walking off a cliff. The giveaway is how blatantly obvious the racism, sexism, or homophobia in the comment is. I see it happen all the time. Hackers in game chat rooms take over people's accounts and spam something stupid like "ALL JEWS AND SPICS AND NIGGERS AND CHINKS MUST DIE!!!" Tenchusatsu
