It has been a bad 2 weeks for Bush. He has not been able to capitalize on the Reagan nostalgia.

I disagree...the economy is rocking and the handover in Iraq took place ahead of time. The fact of the matter is that you base your opinions solely on polling information. You do know that the media funds most of these polls? These news outlets are simply reporting on their own polling data. I think they are attempting to manipulate public opinion. Alas, I believe most citizens see beyond this ploy. (BTW, did you see the LA Times poll that stacked the weighting of the poll in favor of the dems...38% of the poll takers were dems while 25% were republicans.)

IMO, the outcome of the election will be decided in November and not before. But, hey, don't let me stop you from promoting your horse race.
