CSCO would have to bid 20 Billion as the CSCO v ASND rivalry is intense. On the day that offer was accepted a mass of talent would excercise their options and walk out the door in Alameda and Westford. Which come to think of it, could help Cisco. It's a very expensive way to destroy the competition though. I think they'll stick to giving triple commission to any sales guy who wins business from ASND in a Telco account in their attempts to beat them.
