IMO a listing would bring in a tremendous amount of retail buying from all kinds of new sources. Since I have been known to go out on a limb I will do it again by saying that IMO we will have enough revenues from current operations plus any LOI's on the table by June 15th to put well ahead of $100 million. Joe is currently looking at a number of companies that he was not aware of just a couple of weeks ago. At this point he is able to be very picky that is why he stepped back from Payless.
