Elephant, much thanks for your comprehensive response about NETA strategy. I was hoping someone would have an update about plans which were discussed in the 14 Jan zdnet interview with Larson about creation of business units with plans to IPO each in the future.

Based on MCAF experience, I don't trust Larson to give maximum consideration to shareholders in gaining benefit from IPOs. He should give MCAF shares to NETA shareholders now. This act would show the way for his model of establishing business units with employees of each deriving benefit from an IPO AND NETA shareholders as well.

I am not a believer in running a business with several business units each looking to become independent in the future. This could easily lead to conflict internal to the units. Larson and company have not demonstrated ability to either run a cohesive organization or even to develop cohesive suites from the fragments of products he bought IMO.

As I see it he needs to establish credibility with shareholders even more than analysts. Do something now to show he is enriching us rather than just himself through outrageous financial maneuvers.

Believe it or not I am still holding this stock with hope that something is close to happening to help share price. But I am very close to unloading.

thanks much......Bill
