Wow ... when will you give it up ??

What more do you want, T.G.W. ??

1> We have E-mail from the editor of the INDEPENDENT stating the minister's comments were made July 24 (a week before the PR)

2> We have E-mail from the webmaster of the site that posts the INDEPENDENT that states the article was prepared at least a week before posting and that the link to the 7/30 PR was in error

3> We have GLOW's PR on July 30th stating a contract was signed. (What part of "signed" don't you understand ?)

Bob Davis was WRONG. Everyone surrounding the situation has provided facts which PROVE it !!

So ... what do you do ... you now try to conjure up some new doubts by implying that running two companies from the same address is unethical, illegal, or in some way harmful to GLOW.

I, for one, believe that GB & Co. have better things to do than answer E-mail. Leave him alone. If deadlines are not met, then you have a legitimate gripe, but the fact that they have not responded to Bob Davis' clearly irresponsible drivel MEANS NOTHING.

And, BTW, a previous poster asked if there was a lawyer on the thread? Yes .. but I certainly would not get involved in a legal discussion that would quickly break down into name calling.

Let me leave it at this. My corporations professor (a federal judge) called the Securities Exchange Act the "Full Employment Act" for lawyers. Investors seldom see a dime from these kinds of lawsuits, and certainly not in the case of a derivative suit (one where a stockholder sues on behalf of the corporation). The cost of pursuing an action against Bob Davis would be prohibitive (in dollars and time) for a lot of reasons.

The stock has dropped a few cents since last week. If one gives Bob Davis that much credit, he must have quite a following and a lot of credibility with someone ...

The truth is, press releases aren't going to cut it anymore if the price of GLOW is to go up. And neither will they convince the detractors that everything is OK. Only positive, profit making activities by the company will do that.

T.G.W. .. I don't think you're a bad guy, and often you have very legitimate questions and turn up interesting info. The only problem I have with you is that when you are confronted by facts (as stated above) you would rather ignore them than acknowledge that someone besides you ( or your buddy MMPRO) could be right.

BTW .. what significance do YOU attribute to the fact that GB is the contact person for GLOW and Great Spirit ? I am asking in all seriousness, I hope you respond in kind.
