"The alcohol and tobacco lobbies are spending millions to defeat this proposition." I'm sure they ARE! How can they compete with a plant that can be grown by nearly anyone, and in CA that's 365/24/7! I don't really see why tobacco is against it. It doesn't have nicotine, and they'll be able to make dope/tobacco blends that will be even MORE popular than ciggies! Hmm! Idea for a CA stop smoking product - a blend that gradually phases the tobacco out entirely, FREEING the user from nicotine addiction! "Countdown to Freedom" doperettes! Start with blend #10, end with blend #0!
