Had a chance to think about the Appeal Court notice out today. They must have been bombarded with enquiries on whether there would be an advance notice of the ruling. I guess today's statement clears that up. In addition, by making this statement, they don't want it to somehow indicate an imminent decision because that would defeat the whole purpose of the release today; that being that there will be advance notice of the decision. Therefore we are now sure it will be a surprise announcement at any time...maybe even right in the middle of a day.
