Joe and Tim,
I'll be your third, lets start the club. I currently work for a company called Detection Systems (DETC). I can't help but notice the similarities between what occurred with DETC and what is now occurring with DCTC. Back in December of 1995 our stock was about $4-5/share and we had about $35 million in revenues. Through and investment banker, we bought Radionics, a $45 million dollar company for $17.7 million in cash. Within that year, the stock went from about $4 all the way up to about $26. Check out the chart! We acquired a larger company, revenues where pooled, and profits rolled in. Granted, DETC industry is security systems, and not telecommunications, but the similarities in what is taking place is incredible. I do believe we will see over $10/share before we (DCTC) are bought out and I also believe we will see over $100 million in revenues! But, that is just my opinion. What do you think we should call our club? (ggg)
