Dont trade a stock cause of what the employyes tell you, or even what the management tells you. The pudding is in the stock price, If enough people belive that the management will do things to increase shareholder value then the stock will reflect that. Great example is VVUS, I dont think anyone believes that leyland is worth crap, companies selling cowshit is trading higher. I think the major factor in any stock's price is the feeling that management is looking out for its shareholders first and formost.
