I've not followed GMO corn very closely, Chip. But, I thought all or most of it carried the ability to produce its own BT (baccilus thuringiensis). If so, that's a ubiquitous soil bacteria that is used by organic farmers. Basically, it clogs the digestive tracts of certain pests or causes diseases in those pests, most useful in brassicas on loopers.
