Zvi, While I concur with David, a far greater sin of CEO's & CFO's of micro caps is their tendency to write off the individual investor.......and the power of a message board like YAHOO & SI. This is especially true of CFO's who come from large corporate backgrounds [like Mr Cook], who have little appreciation for the loyal individual investor who has been repeatedly diluted and endured the difficult travails of PARS history. The quality of the posters on this board is exceptional, and we are all working to get out the 'GOOD WORD' on PARS, and influencing our acquaintances and relatives buy PARS stock.
