I agree that jousting can be amusing. Just as long as they keep jousting and don't actually do anything. But I have too much experience trying to implement some of the kludgey messes that congress produces to find that amusing, even as a spectator. Despite the judgment of some of the bleeding hearts hereabouts, I am not devoid of compassion.
