Mr. Ricker,

If you will look at the filing by the SEC against SOLV, Rendall and Campbell, you can tell that the SEC did not spend much time proofing the court documents they submitted. The Three million shares according to SEC court documents were issued on 1/98 (according to the SEC filing). Lutz should be shot. Stupid bastard.
