EU Sees Little Hope For Success At April WTO Talks

BRUSSELS (Dow Jones)--The European Commission Thursday scaled back hopes that trade talks scheduled in Geneva at the end of this month will come up with a meaningful framework for a global trade deal.

"There are very few people who expect (the meeting) will yield substantial results," trade spokesman Peter Power said.
