* Gasoline price to be $1 under current prices, temporary discount will be for the initial promotion when first available. I believe at a later date the price will be more in line with or little less than the competition.

* Baytown partner (L. Sole) has 2 Billion 500 Million pounds of agricultural waste Feedstock, sitting on the ground right now, enough to operate 1,800 Reactors for 3 years.

* Favorable Financing is in place, speeds up his timetable dramatically. Enough Funds to develop United States for next 3 years, Europe, Central America, South America, all at the same time
* USSE/SSTP will maintain 100% control of their catalyst.
