Steve,

We aren't in disagreement. Zacks personal in-house rating is different than the Zacks rating assigned to the stock and publicly accessible. What I am referring to is the Zack's Company Report rating available at:

ultra.zacks.com

or from Yahoo (from Zack's):

quote.yahoo.com

Zacks in-house rating on CWEI was a "1" as of mid-1996 and possibly changed this year to a 3--that is what I was referring to that may have gone back to a 1. I agree with Taylor that at least some of Zacks in-house ratings do not make a lot of sense. After the various problems we have seen with Zacks and their reporting of CWEI, I admittedly have lost faith in the value of Zacks. If any of the analysts currently recommending a Hold changes to a Strong Buy, we will see movement in the stock.

New numbers, based on the 10-Q, have been published and are avilable at:

www1.wsrn.com

I question at how they arrive at some of the numbers.
