I have seen several help-wanted signs in local supermarkets and discount stores recently. So perhaps the job market is improving in Florida. I for one have never doubted that enough almost "free" money could trigger a decent bounce in the economy. But this kind of bounce is not sustainable and the ultimate financial price to be paid for all the additional leverage and debt will be nothing short of horrendous IMHO.
