With Intel's low cost structure now in place and their buying of communication chip companies, I'd be very careful buying any of the very high price/sales and other high valuation metric chip companies that make or design communication chips. High margins are ALWAYS targets for the strong. Kevin Landis used to chase the companies like AMCC and I wonder if he still thinks they can grow as fast, maintain their margins and still have stock price appreciation to justify the risk?
