that is fine, and i read the proxy statement. it does not say one thing about why he was chosen as a candidate. it does not say anything about what he will bring to the board. it does not say anything about what he has done that would make him a good candidate. nothing about what he currently does. it only says what school he graduated from and what business he has belonged to in the past and currently. if you could tell me why he is such a good board member because you know exactly what he will bring to the table, i would be willing to listen. im not looking for a "he brings an alternative approach" answer. i dont think that a company growing at 100 % + multiples per year needs a conservative opinion, we need aggressive opinions. buy more companies, more splits, more analyst coverage, more upgrades to sites, more debt if neccesarry to do these things. and on and on.... i am going to send russell and fleckenstein and an e-mail, maybe they can explain to me what he brings to the table. because i know nothing now about it or about him, do you ?. that might help in this matter. who knows.
