Dilution is dilution, it does not wait for the catual, shares to be issued. In a stock like this, dilution may not be the worst thing in the world, since the stock has no intrinsic value sp to speak anyway. Bluntly, it ain't worth a whole lot right now. The fact that additional shares are being issued cannot be construed as good news, but the fact an invetsor is willing to commit funds , even at an attractive price, probably is relatively decent (not good) news. The key is what happens from here. Do sales pick up?? Does it become a viable product?? Granted the future picture can never be extremely rosy; face it this is not a $5 or $10 stock. But there is a chance that the company could make money, which would allow for a $1 $1.50 print. Zero doesn't seem to be a near term reality, since the investor probably isn't stupid (mad yes, stupid no). The cushion of the low entry price for him/her should hold. I hope!!!
