Globe says Trillion consolidating shares, changing name

The Globe and Mail reports in its Wednesday edition that Trillion Resources
Ltd. says that, at its recent annual meeting, shareholders approved a
one-for-six share consolidation. Trillion said it currently has 28,869,060
common shares outstanding. After the consolidation, it will have 4,811,510
common shares outstanding. The Kanata, Ont.-based mining exploration
company said the Toronto Stock Exchange requires that it change its name
and issue new share certificates as a result of the consolidation. It said
it's anticipated that, effective Friday, its shares will trade on a
consolidated basis under the name Consolidated Trillion Resources Ltd.
