SEC filing for Flashnet

Flashnet is planning to raise $46 million during the IPO. The shares will probably be priced in the 15-20 range, so about 3 million shares will have to be offered.

Since the current total outstanding shares are barely over 3 million, a simple stock split prior to the IPO will ensure (i) the availability of 3 million shares to be sold; and (ii) that current shareholders' stake doesn't get diluted to almost zero.

I think this is plain and simple.
