Transnet fits a theory i have developed to pinpoint low price stocks with criteria to be winners. My research into top winners of 95 showed two classes of low price stocks that won big: wither companies with relative strength above 88 (momentum plays) or below 15 (turnarounds). Transnet with 7 RS as of last friday fits the latter category. Other criteria for minus RS 15s are price less than 2 1/8 (seesm to be moving above this), hi lo spread 3 to 1 or better (transnet has 6 3/4 to 1 3/4), sector ranked a or b and no earnings.
