Urlman, Sorry, "mainly a buyer".

Since buyers like to snipe and sellers hate snipers, I felt safe saying you were mainly a buyer than a seller.

Before snipers got strong, the listing fee was small, many people started at $1. Now if you start at $1 it may get bought for $1 or little more as they all snipe at the end.
So people have upped their start price. Even so the average sales price has fallen on Ebay over the past 2 years. More listings and the higher average start price have made Ebay profits keep going up.
