I goofed on the % of shares owned by insiders. The May 23rd publication of The Protrader lists % of shares owned by insiders at 32. Maedel1s Mini-Cap Analyst, formerly The Protrader, August 28 publication lists % shares owned by insiders at 20.

The August 28 article also lists shares outstanding: 16.5 million; 17.2 million fully diluted pre-financing (19.2M; 21.2M fully diluted post-financing)
