Richard, I found the article very interesting, thanks. Policy is not necessarily what is written or law, but what is practiced. IMO the SEC not acting and fining companies that violate the law condone that behavior. Most of the companies, especially the "pennies", probably never learned their responsibility to shareholders in the first place. The only recourse we have is to bitch to the company and then to the SEC if necessary. I complained to Koch about the phone conference not being announced to shareholders. Everyone should let them know when we are not being given the rights due a shareholder. Richard, never be sorry to disagree, that's what makes these threads so useful. Thanks again.
