It doesn't use the same chassis, body panels, glass, seats, suspension, brakes, and a host of other things. None of the big pieces are the same. What's left is some screws, small hardware. The drive train has nothing in common with the Elise. So in the end it's a totally different car. Although it does sorta look like the Elise! regards
