Well first of all I can say first hand we were taken care of first class the entire time with well planned out LIMO service to and from airport, and the Sheraton was nothing short of a very fine hotel, well where to start on real issues that will help investors.
The Headquarters are in a very good location in a very affluent part of BOCA RATON.
The headquarters itself is quite nice with with very nice clear glass offices layed out very nicely starting about 6 feet back on the left from the front and then continue to the back and to the right about halfway, the remaining space on the right had rows of desks with computers where the agents work, that is pretty basic, its hard to say exactly how the entire remaining center lobby is laid out during business hours since it was probably arranged for seating and containing the people there at open house.
My guess is there were about 50 people at the time for the open house, but thats not including the people Paul was talking with the entire weekend that may not have been able to attend the actual open house.
As for as the site presentation, I welcome anyone else to go there and help me out, I was somewhat at the back of the room and in all honesty I do not understand some of the highband, lowband and technical stuff they were talking about, it definately sounded like they are making progress and showed us things, on the site I had not seen before, but would appreciate someone else explaining what they where talking about. Also we were shown some updates on E-action serve, I also did not get to speak to webtron, they had three people there.
Paul repeated at least a couple of times there to all of us that the full interactive will be ready this fall for sure or maybe earlier. He stressed many time about how his system will be an online travel agency of great ease to use rather than an online booking site, aslo he said many times that once the interactive site is ready for booking that it will constantly be changing and evolving in the travel industry.
Well here is one of the direct questions I shot at him, when do you think the CNBC ads will run along with print ads and is this ready to go and already fully funded since we are hearing the float will not increase from 21mil. Answer: I will start thinking about it seriously around the .70's range depending on what I see in the markets and it will happen for sure if the stock hits 1.00 or better.
One of the things I found out off to the side is that Paul is a huge workaholic and totally focused on making this thing go and a man of relentless endurance and focus, one of the employees said that he would be surprised if he got four hrs of sleep a night.
He also started in great detail to show me how he was being slandered and in detail how almost all were false, it was so much information to go through and read, I just basically told him, that I don't really care to go any further in detail and that I really didn't care all that much about what happened, (and I truly don't) that all I cared about was the focus and his intent on TSER, which is obvious, is TSER a real company, you darn right it is, will it succeed, be darned if I know for sure, The only thing I left there for sure about is that these people are trying to build a real company and everyone appeared very dedicated.
They have hired an ex NYPD/ex U.S.MARSHAL, now private investigator for TSER to investigate slander against Paul and TSER to report to there legal department. They have one guy that prints out ever slanderous post against TSER everyday, by the way the PI is no joke I spoke with him for about an HR and stayed so long talking to Paul and the PI that I caught a ride back to the hotel with him because the LIMO quit running, this guy knows his stuff and is very interesting, they don't mind objective criticism, but I think words like scam really get under there skin.
I met alot of investor and made alot of new friends, the people from Raging Bull I met where first class people and one I spoke hrs with.
My honest evaluation of all that went on pertaining to info on TSER on a scale from 1-10 I would say I would rank TSER around 7 to 7.5 to succeed and I think thats honest, I don't know how many questions I will answer this evening, I am beat BAD, we got up at 3am and got home around 5:00 pm.
Anybody that was there please help out, I'm kinda brain dead from all the travel.
