Not the Russian people where 90% are adamently against the Nato action and the US. This action has given the communists and nationalists a huge boost. I don't see how you can possibly seperate Clinton in this matter from the US - yes, he is a lame duck - but the human consequences of this folly are a result in part because America has not being paying proper attention to foreign policy, due to its internal political scandals. There is now enough stuff getting out about the use of enhanced uranium (degraded?) in warheads - that parralels are being made with the use of agent orange where a generation later the effects are still being felt. As usual we are being served by the media with 20 second sound bites. d
