I don't see Cymer's debt as a problem. Although the related capital expenditures are going to hit its earnings hard the next few quarters (it ramped up production just in time for the slump -- bad timing!), there is no question (IMO) of its survival with plenty of capital, both operational and R&D. Lam I don't know about. IPEC may well be in big trouble.

The biggest winner of the bunch, if it can keep its market share, is likely to be KLIC, which swings widely even for a semi equipment issue.
