Although Sun Microsystem is a great company except the stock over 52 weeks has gone from a low of $22 to a high of $35 and back again to now $27. It seems to cycle for the last 180 days between a minimum of $26 to a maximum of $35. Maybe this upcoming quarter it can break the $35 maximum. It is almost mind bogling that companies with declared losses from one quarter to another have outperformed SUNW (e.g. RDRT, NSM, AMD, LSI, etc.) If the street goes by revenue growth then SUNW should be over $35. We will wait and see. I bought 500 shares in SUNW recently and I am begining to hate its volatility. One day it climbs up $2 and in the following two days it drops $2.5 with no damaging news on the company ... go figure.
