David, To see what diabetics say they are taking, check out the archives of a very popular listerv at Lehigh University: lehigh.edu The posts can be sorted and they lead to achives of many more. The news group misc.health.diabetes also has quite a bit. There is a lot on Rezulin and various combos that the patients are taking.
