paul..I've been forecasting this for months and not only that..read the 10q..cpq forecasted it also to people who really know them.
it's planned and does not effect their 1.45 eps..
now w/o the cuts and more aggressive cuts to follow they would have made 1.60..
but they will cut and cut and cut and still make the 1.40 becasue it's all modeled and planned for and reserves have been taken.

Please read and study their 10q and ask any questions you like. I can explain all their tricks and the have to dcoument at least in theory what they are but they don't have to tell us how much the reserves are.
