What?! Lebanon is already a democracy. Has been for many years. Iraq has no government almost two months after the elections (and believe me, the situation will be the same or most likely, worse, six months from now). Palestinian elections were allowed to be held only after Arafat died. That leaves Saudi Arabia where male voters chose a few dog-catchers... "Democracy is breaking out"! Sounds more like a bad remake of Dumbya's "Mission Accomplished"!
