How can business slow down in the 2nd half of 1998 when they plan
to release window98 ?

Cause you don't need Windows '98, just like the slow down Intel has experienced all this last year because you don't need more than a 166mhz PC, but now Intel is coming round because you will need the faster PC but its time for MSFT to cool down. Nothing goes straight up forever.
