ARM signalling a change in trend with a break of the down trend line. SMCI break the down trend line but did not confirm the break . The rest of the Semi sector is a mixed bag with some need 52 week high, some flat and some in down trends. SMH overall is near a 52 week high bur not a 52 week high yet.
