Exactly...it's what we've always been told, but Bush made no attempt to use the flying White House or the traveling team with him.....He sat immobilized....frozen. He is expected, like any good leader, to leader. You've heard the expression, "lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way"....Bush did, he stayed out of the way. If all Card told is what he said he told him, Bush never even knew a second plane hit....and he never went to find out. So he didn't know all that was needed to know....that's a ridiculous statement....
