In the BUY vs SELL discussion. As posted earlier by me and
repeated by Neil, the fund put out a letter to people in
the fund asking if they wanted to reduce their stake in
PRST because at the time PRST exceeded 40% of their portfolio.
The money manager did not 'outright' sell shares (which he
has the option to do) but disposed of shares at fund holders
request, as the fund still was purchasing PRST. If the fund
was selling PRST I can see the arguement.
