Fred, what is your point? It seems that you are more anxious than anybody else. It was just not a very intelligent question to ask- "split might be ANNOUNCED(not carried out) before additional shares are authorized". It just does not make any sense. "announced before authorized". Don't panic! P.S. of course I myself would like to see the split happens.
