I think those who sound like they're saying that are merely expressing a counterpoint to those who are saying that we can't know anyone here at all and that posters aren't real people. Both extremes are hyperbolic.

Of course. All people have done is to point out that censorship and "editing" takes place in 3D and here; and that there are certain situations in which one can know from SI interactions more than 3D circumstances might permit.

I gave examples. I surely didn't mean them to apply to all relationships and interactions and I'm sure no one else has mean that. Those I know very well, and deeply, in 3D I know better than I could ever know anyone in cyberspace, because I know all they would reveal here--and more.
