as long as she can exercise choice to go outside the system, they can't screw things up enough in her lifetime to keep her from needed health care. While I strongly disapprove of a national system, I will reserve my outrage-level reaction for laws that make it illegal to go elsewhere. Get ready to be outraged. People will be forced to take foreign medical vacations for even routine care.
