MM, Look at LU chart on 3/3/2000 or there abouts. Many many times I see stocks in a downtrend that has a gap up high gap above it. When I shorted LU back then I knew why they gapped it up there above the old downgap.

What happened then was everyone went for the exits at the same time and the too many of the crooks got left inside so they wait on some news...put in premarket orders(creating an order imbalance) and gap it way up. This gave them the opportunity to start selling with buys along the way to support the price until they could unload. Not saying this is the deal with crisco but many many times that is the deal. That is how they distribute to J6P...they deflate it slowly...creating bounces making some think they are going to miss the rally. Might want to keep that LU chart in the back of your mind for future reference. It works everytime. :-)
