Duncan, that is an interesting leap of logic. It is my understanding that Fox is a retired agent. If he is in fact breaching his contract with his previous employer, the Secret Service, imo that sets no binding precedent for any kind of inquiry into SS activities. It could in fact leave him open to litigation.
