IT's More like " The glass is half full ". just depends how you look at it. Seems to me that we have shown a REMARKABLE STABILITY at this level..... not a bad place to establish a baseline from. And from the investment groups I have talked to this past week, the vast concenus agrees.... " There's something good going on behind closed doors" .
